According to the New York State Division Medical Association based (NYSPMA), plantar fasciitis heel pain one of the reasons is that in your first steps in the morning, which often leads to the bottom of your heel pain. Pain can last a whole day, you can get worse if not treated. Plantar fasciitis can be caused by many factors, including:

Weight gain
Does not support the foot wear shoes
Barefoot
Increase daily exercise
Walking on hard surfaces without the support shoes

Neuritis
Bursitis
Arthritis
Stress fractures
