Here are some powerful reminder of how to live happier, healthier and more satisfying life. I hope you like them as much as I do! Yes! Many of these have been complied with I have read from other sources.
Health:
1.Drink plenty of water
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar
3. Eat more food grown on trees and plants, manufacturing plants eat
4. Live 3 E - energy, enthusiasm and empathy
5. Allow time to relax
6. Play more games
7. Read more books than you did last month
8. Sit in silence for at least 15 minutes every day
9. Sleep at least seven hours of sleep
10. 10-30 minutes walk every day. And when you walk, smile.
Happy:
11. Do not compare your life to others. You do not know how their life is all about.
12. Do not have negative thoughts or things you can not control. Your energy, rather than investing in the positive present moment.
13. Do not do it. Maintain their own limits.
14. Do not take yourself so seriously. Nobody do so.
15. People who gossip gossip, do not waste your precious energy.
16. Dream more while you are awake
17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
18. Forget the past problems. Do not remind your partner of his / her mistakes of the past. This will ruin your present happiness.
